Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for size issues or damaged products (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
